Interview Coaching and Preparation

This is not basic interview training. This is taking interview skills to a level most candidates never reach: making you land as the sharpest, smartest, and most impactful candidate in contention for the job.

I coach clients to walk into every interview as the most prepared, most compelling, and most confident person in the room. This is not a list of common questions to rehearse. It is training built on inside knowledge of how hiring managers actually evaluate candidates, what they are really asking beneath the questions they say out loud, and how to drive the conversation toward an offer rather than simply surviving it.

That inside knowledge comes directly from my own background. I spent years training managers nationwide at IBM on hiring and interviewing techniques, and I personally conducted 20,000+ interviews across every level, from individual contributors to C-suite executives at Fortune 500 companies. I know what a hiring panel is actually listening for, where candidates lose ground without realizing it, and how a strong answer at the executive level differs from a technically correct one.

Coaching covers how to reframe career gaps or unconventional paths into a credible strength, how to answer the questions interviewers are genuinely worried about but rarely ask directly, how to project executive presence under pressure, and how to steer a conversation toward the specific concerns that decide an offer, including compensation and scope. Every session is built around the actual role and the actual panel a client is facing, not generic interview theory.

This coaching is for candidates who already have the record to earn the role and need the same level of preparation on the other side of the table that hiring committees bring to evaluating them.
